Welcome! Thank you for supporting independent photography. By purchasing from Grounded Focus Photography, you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Ordering

  • All prints are made to order.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that your email, shipping address, and payment information are accurate.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Payment

  • Payments are securely processed through Square.

  • Accepted methods include credit/debit cards and express checkout options (Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal).

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Prints are produced and shipped within 10–14 business days of purchase.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal services.

  • Tracking information is provided when available.

  • While prints are carefully packaged, Grounded Focus Photography is not responsible for shipping delays or damage caused by carriers.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • No returns or refunds for change of mind.

  • Damaged or defective prints will be replaced.

  • To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

  • Replacement prints will be shipped once we confirm the defect.

  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct to avoid delivery issues.

5. Print Details

  • Prints are produced on Fujicolor Crystal Archive Lustre paper, offering rich colour, subtle texture, and archival quality.

  • Prints are professionally produced by our drop-shipping partner and carefully packaged for safe delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All images, designs, and prints are © Grounded Focus Photography.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any images or prints is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy

  • We collect your name, email, shipping address, and phone number solely to process and fulfill orders.

  • Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for payment processing or shipping.

  • We comply with Canadian privacy laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Grounded Focus Photography is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase.

  • Prints may vary slightly from digital images due to monitor calibration, paper texture, and lighting.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the courts of British Columbia.
