  • Yes! All prints are produced only after an order is placed. This ensures each print is fresh, high-quality, and carefully handled.

  • Standard printing and shipping time is 10–14 business days from the date of purchase.

    Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

  • Typical sizes are:

    • 12 × 18″
    • 16 × 24″
    • 24 × 36″

  • Prints are made on Fujicolor Crystal Archive Lustre paper, known for rich colour, subtle texture, and archival quality.

    Each print is professionally produced through our drop-shipping partner.

  • Currently, prints are shipped unframed. Framing can be arranged locally or by your preferred framer.

  • We will gladly replace prints that arrive damaged or are misprinted.

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

    • Replacement prints will be shipped once we confirm the defect.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, since all prints are made-to-order.

    Please double-check the size and your shipping address before confirming your order.

    • Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

    • Handle prints by the edges to avoid fingerprints.

    • Frame under glass or acrylic for long-term protection.

  • At this time, we ship to Canada only.
